RCN September Newsletter – 2012

At RCN, the Marketing department would do bi-monthly email campaigns, which were both sent to EXISTING customers, and served as an up sell tool. In the newsletters, we would highlight everything from FREE previews for various sports packages, PREMIUM channels, as well as international channels. The newsletter was also useful as a way of highlighting various local events that were occurring in each serviceable market like New York City, Chicago, DC, Boston, Philadelphia, and more. This would result in us producing multiple versions, but it was worth the labor because it gave customers the satisfaction that RCN was “in the neighborhood.”
